Kompetencije budu\u0107ih nastavnika za obrazovanje budu\u0107nosti\u201c, organizirana u okviru projekta <em>U\u010denje kroz rad sustav upravljanja studentskim iskustvom na Filozofskom fakultetu u Zagrebu <\/em>financiranog iz sredstava Europskog socijalnog fonda.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Projekt je prepoznao potrebu za suradnjom i komunikacijom me\u0111u metodi\u010darima &#8211; profesorima koji su zadu\u017eeni za odr\u017eavanje nastave iz \u201emetodi\u010dkog modula\u201c, kako bi razmijenili iskustva i pove\u0107ali kvalitetu metodi\u010dke stru\u010dne prakse. U tu svrhu organizirana je ova konferencija za metodi\u010dare iz cijele Hrvatske.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Uz uvodne rije\u010di dekana Filozofskog fakulteta, izv. prof. dr. sc. Domagoja Ton\u010dini\u0107a, u ime Sveu\u010dili\u0161ta u Zagrebu, uvodnu rije\u010d odr\u017eala je i izv. prof. dr. sc. Anamarija Musa, prorektorica za upravljanje kvalitetom i etiku. Sudionicima se obratila i ravnateljica Agencije za odgoj i obrazovanje dr. sc. Dubravka Brezak Stama\u0107.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>U prvom dijelu programa, uvodno izlaganje odr\u017eao je voditelj projekta, prof. dr. sc. Dragan Bagi\u0107 koji je ukratko predstavio rezultate projekta i najavio sljede\u0107a dva izlaganja u kojima su prezentirane aktivnosti projekta koje su napravljene kako bi se osigurala ujedna\u010denost u radu i osiguranje kvalitete metodi\u010dke prakse.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Prvo je doc. dr. sc Aleksanda Hui\u0107 s Odsjeka za psihologiju Filozofskog fakulteta predstavila rezultate SWOT analiza metodi\u010dke prakse kojom je napravljena analiza postoje\u0107eg stanja, detektirani prednosti i nedostaci, ali i predstavljene &nbsp;preporuke za unaprje\u0111enje metodi\u010dke stru\u010dne prakse. Drugo izlaganje odr\u017eale su doc. dr. sc. Sanja Ki\u0161i\u010dek iz Centra za obrazovanje nastavnika i dr. sc. Mirela Landsman Vinkovi\u0107 s Odsjeka za germanistiku koje su u suradnji s izv. prof. dr. sc. Antom Kolakom s Odsjeka za pedagogiju i partnerom projekta Institutom za razvoj tr\u017ei\u0161ta rada, razvile metodologiju vrednovanja kvalitete stru\u010dne prakse i instrumente za pra\u0107enje kvalitete stru\u010dne prakse.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>U svrhu razmjene iskustava, nakon izlaganja odr\u017ean je okrugli stol koji je moderirala izv. prof. dr. sc. Renata Geld, s temom kako unaprijediti kvalitetu metodi\u010dke prakse, na kojem su sudjelovale dr. sc. Nino\u010dka Truck-Biljan, s Filozofskog fakulteta Sveu\u010dili\u0161ta J. J. Strossmayera u Osijeku, doc. dr. sc. Ru\u017eica Vuk s Prirodoslovno-matemati\u010dkog fakulteta Sveu\u010dili\u0161ta u Zagrebu, doc. dr. sc. Josipa Alvi\u017e i dr. sc. Mirela Landsman Vinkovi\u0107 s Filozofskog fakulteta Sveu\u010dili\u0161ta u Zagrebu. U raspravu su bile uklju\u010dene i Vesna Mi\u0161ljenovi\u0107, prof. savjetnik i voditeljica \u017eupanijskog vije\u0107a nastavnika Likovne umjetnosti Grada Zagreba, mentorica studenata iz V. gimnazije u Zagrebu i ravnateljica Agencije za odgoj i obrazovanje dr. sc. Dubravka Brezak Stama\u0107 koje su pridonijele raspravi pogledom na stru\u010dnu praksu iz drugih kutova.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>U zavr\u0161nom dijelu konferencije odr\u017eana su dva gostuju\u0107e predavanja vanjskih stru\u010dnjaka iz prakse. Prvo predavanje odr\u017eala je Fanny Passeport, iz No Borders Learning i Sveu\u010dili\u0161ta Erasmus u Rotterdamu (Nizozemska) na temu: \u201e(Re)claiming Teaching in the Age of Learning\u201c dok je drugo odr\u017eao prof. dr. sc. Mark Turner s Odsjeka za kognitivnu znanost, Sveu\u010dili\u0161ta Case Western Reserve (CWRU, Cleveland, SAD) na temu: \u201eHow did education get this way, and can Cognitive Science give us a path forward?\u201c<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Zahvaljuju\u0107i projektu i odr\u017eavanju ove konferencije, pokrenuta je rasprava o va\u017enost ujedna\u010davanja organizacije i osiguravanja kvalitete stru\u010dne prakse, a s obzirom na velik broj sudionika, suradnja i promjene su neizbje\u017ene.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph
